In this vinyasa style yoga class, participants will be guided through a series of fluid movements and asanas while staying connected to their breathing. The room is heated for this class, enhancing participants mind-body connection, increasing
flexibility, and deepening one’s breath.

Heated Vinyasa Flow
This yoga class offers a faster pace of classic Vinyasa yoga with the addition of strength exercises and light weights.
The seamless blend of these two classic disciplines deepens one’s yoga practice, emphasizes muscle engagement, and enhances the mind-body connection through a focus on the breath.
FLOW 45
Our 25/25 class combines the high intensity of cycle with anaerobic mat work that incorporates weights and other props. Participants will spend 25 minutes cycling, followed by 25 minutes of specialized anaerobic movement for a full-body, dynamic workout that combines the best of both worlds.

This is a fast-paced cycling class that promises a complete, full body burn in only 30 minutes. It’s ideal for those with minimal free time that don’t want to sacrifice the intensity of a traditional class for a quick workout.

This is our most popular cycling class – and with good reason!
In only 45 minutes,
participants will practice the fundamentals of indoor cycling while being guided through upper body movements to connect to the beat of the music. This class is high energy, beginner friendly, and a definite mood booster.

This contemporary Pilates class offers a dynamic fusion of precise movements and
controlled breathing to connect to one’s muscles, enhance flexibility, and build endurance.
This class focuses on core strength and is sure to provide participants with a full body burn while strengthening, lengthening, and stretching the muscles.
This class is suitable for all levels and movements can be modified to fit one’s specific needs.
MAT PILATES
This Pilates class consists of Joseph Pilates’ original 34 exercises practiced in a set sequence. Participants will increase their mind-body connection, progress through fundamental, intermediate and advanced exercises, and work the full body.
This class focuses on form, technique, and consistency, making it ideal for all levels.
New students will gain an understanding of what Pilates is, while advanced students will deepen their practice by reinforcing basic components.
